HEIC/HEIF decoder: libheif-js 1.19.8 (LGPL-3.0)

The unmodified decoder is loaded in a separate browser worker only when native
HEIC decoding fails. Images are not uploaded. The application wrapper is in
the source file provided at /licenses/heif-worker-source.txt on this site.

The latter repository includes the pinned upstream library submodules and
Emscripten build scripts used for the distributed WASM bundle.

To rebuild the application with a modified library: replace the libheif-js
package with your rebuilt package, install dependencies, and run npm run build.
The project does not prohibit reverse engineering for debugging modifications
to these LGPL-covered libraries.
